I REALLY DISLIKE SPEAKING WITH banking people. Some of them seem retarded. Like not being able to read MY banking statement which shows clearly a pension income from Switzerland...(I worked there many years). Because the wording was not exactly what they thought it should be! It does say compensation...and beneficiary...Dianne Chilgren...and then the bank in Switzerland (Credit Suisse). But because the statement didnt say pension...they were mystified. So dumb! I told them that was what compensation meant...and the word beneficiary couldnt be more clear. Hmph....am not liking this bank very much.
