I SPY......Puppet Ex-Chief Tabarez, chewing gum like a cow in the audience, did you guys spot him? QUE VERGUENZA. Maybe he thought the CPOA was going to get its way & he would be reinstated. Im sure he didnt like hearing all his bad management coming out to light. The CHIEF couldnt believe he had spent 1.4 MILLION dollars in OT. Hey Puppet did you hear when the CHIEF said he couldnt believe there was a fully loaded Tahoe sitting in the parking lot bought with forfeiture funds? Did you also hear when he said hes taking it back to the Dealer to see if he can trade it in for a couple of patrol cars? HHHHmmmmmmnnnnn I wonder what CPOA Sergeant Duran will be driving now that his ride is being taken away. Maybe the CHIEF should get a couple of beach cruisers so they can join the Border Patrol & patrol the downtown area. I especially liked the part where you can see all the people clapping giving the CHIEF a standing ovation & the CPOA is all quiet & someones wife not looking too happy.
