I Shy-Rose Bhanji wish to categorically state that i have never attacked or fought Hon. N Kessy, a fellow Eala-Tz MP (NCCR Mageuzi). Further, i categorically confirm that i have never been summoned or interrogated by any police over this episode in Nairobi as reported in the media here in Tanzania. Take note: we only accidentally bumped into each other inside the chamber after the session on Tuesday (18/11/2014) and not outside. Astonishingly, with the support of some MPs from Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya, she decided to go and report to the Police that i had attacked her. Presumably, in a case of an attack or conflict between MPs from one country, one would have reported to the Speakers office, Deputy Minister for EAC-Tz Hon. Dr. Abdallah Sadallah, or the Chairman for the EALA-Tz Chapter Hon. Adam Kimbisa who were all present in the Chamber. She never did that. Instead, she ganged up with my rival camp who are fighting not only me but also the Eala Speaker Dr. Margaret Zziwa to pursue the on going agenda to remove me and the Speaker from office.
