I.T.K - SO BUHARI BORROWED MONEY FROM THE BANK TO PAY FOR HIS NOMINATION FORM- According to reports, GMB borrowed money from his bank N27 Million naira to pay for his nomination form. His reasons are that he didnt want to go to anyone to ask for money and that he couldnt influence the party to reduce the amount. Is it only me or is there something wrong with this. How does such an influential man not be able to raise 27 million naira he has to borrow from a bank. I didnt know banks borrowed people money to contest elections. If Buhari could not raise funds from friends, family and associates then there is a problem somewhere. How is it possible that no one in his circle could cough out that amount of money with all the billionaires from the north who support him. I know the HAUSA man very well, they are the most generous people you can meet. One person will cough out that money for you with no strings attached, so warahell is he talking about. The other issue is that fact that he said he couldnt influence the party to drop the amount so that other people can afford it REALLY! How is that a party leader like that cannot influence the party to drop the money? it means someone or a different group of people are the ones running the party and he is just following. This tells me something about this so called opposition, they completely do what the ruling party is doing. Shouldnt this be a chance for them to do something different to show Nigerians they are taking a different route to our situation in the country. If I were them I will make this forms free which will totally be the opposite of what the ruling party is doing, then make a lot of noise about it. But it seems their form is even more expensive than the ruling partys, which tells me this people are mortgaging themselves and the country even before they take over(if that happens). FOR A LONG TIME ALOT OF PDP MEBERS HAD GONE TO RIDICULOUS PLACES TO GET LOANS FOR ELECTION HENCE MORTGAGING THIS COUNTRY IN PAYING BACK THEIR DEBTS. SEEMS THE OPPOSITION IS DOING JUST THE SAME. Buhari collecting a loan from the bank means he owes the bank a lot of favours should he win the election and there is no way he will turn his back on them when he finally becomes president. THE MORTGAGING HAS STARTED.
