***** I WANT TO ASK THE CELLPHONE WORLD a simple question: Whos paying for all these working iPhone 6 Plus models that are apparently being given out willy-nilly to any fella willing to make a YouTube video showing how you can destroy it? Thats between $399 to $750 (some outlets) for the 64GB model alone — just to do the bend test. ㉾㉾㉾The iPhone 6 Plus units have yet to be delivered broadly to pre-order folks (mine wont be sent for a couple of weeks). What I dont understand is how there are so many of these working pristine iPhone 6 Plus available to anyone who wants to make a video showing it being bent, smashed, burned, flushed, dropped from a second story, run over and dropped in acid — nothing here written is hyperbole. ㉾㉾㉾There are a lot of every day fellas with the new iPhone 6 Plus model in their hands on YouTube — who just want to be seen breaking it into bits? Whats the deal here? ㉾㉾㉾To bend the iPhone 6 Plus you have to exert a lot of pressure for a fair period of time in a particular area opposite the battery to compromise the chassis. ㉾㉾㉾To bend the iPhone 6 Plus with the results that have set Twitter a-twitter you have to know what youre doing. For one thing, the battery in the iPhone 6 Plus is exceptionally hard to bend with human hands and gives the phone a lot of its strength. ㉾㉾㉾Whats so disingenuous, in theses bend tests (I call em controled demolitions) is the guy doing the test is bending the phone back and forth in one direction — then he flips it over and continues bending it in the opposite direction — non-stop. ㉾㉾㉾Now, show me a bend test that exhibits the same determination to destroy a cell phone? Ive been looking. If you want to destroy something you will. ㉾㉾㉾Finally, in what activity in your normal daily life would cause your $399 iPhone 6 Plus to bend to oblivion? Have you had a cellphone before that bent and broke? ㉾㉾Example video in point. He has access to one of the most wanted phones in America for the sole purpose of making a YouTube video (sponsored by Sony) showing how to damage it implying its a defective product. youtu.be/IROcoJeVfSI?list=UUsTcErHg8oDvUnTzoqsYeNw
