I WANT YOUR VINYL AND CD’S!! Hey Facebook friends! Listen, if you have an old record collection lying around your home that is just collecting dust and you are looking to get rid of them, do yourself a financial favor and don’t bring them to a used record store and hope to collect just a couple of bucks for them. Let me examine what you have and evaluate it before you decide to sell. Seriously, what used to be virtually worthless 10-15 years ago has become incredibly profitable to others within the last 5 years or so.…. 60’s vinyl in Near Mint to Mint condition has increased to about 500% of it’s value…70’s vinyl in Near Mint to Mint condition has increased to about 400% of it’s value….80’s vinyl is on the rise but unfortunately it has not seen the rise as those albums produced earlier. Even if an album is not the original pressing, it still can have significant value. Jazz, Blues, Folk or Rock, Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Grateful Dead, etc, could be worth big money. If you are looking to off load a collection or just pieces, then let me broker them for you. I still deal with several stores all over the United States and they are HUNGRY for used vinyl. Also, if you are looking to part with CD’s let me know, although unfortunately the value of CD’s currently sucks! But if they are in mint condition (covers and discs), they do have value. DO NOT TRADE THEM INTO STORE FOR $.25 EACH!
