I WAS JUST THINKING...why doesnt the airplanes have something to be like a drone if something would happen ? That way it could be taken over the control by the ground control. This way it could be take over and flown to the nearest airport. I always wondered how come there wasnt anything on the plane which the ground controllers would be able to take over the plane and it is something that a pilot would not be able to disable as it would not be a button they could touch..as now they can turn on or of the auto pilot..IT SHOULD BE THAT THEY CANT turn it off indefinately..that it could be turned back on from the ground.
