I will send you a letter instead because it is too expensive to ring from overseas but I can assure you that this matter will not be forgotten because I will notify the Crime Stoppers in Brisbane about it. Someone’s been manipulating my account since May 2004 for continual overpayments from my account. If it was someone from outside using the Trojan Horse spying program it’s a crime. If it was a member of your staff like the Metway branch manager who went to jail in 1995 for stealing money from customer’s accounts by using deposit and the withdrawal slips from the waste bins in the bank to access bank accounts it’s a worse crime. He said in the police inquiry, it was easy to draw small amounts and put them down as bank charges, I will send that money you asked for to close the account but I believe that you will be refunding me hundreds of dollars not just thirty, 24/1/2005.
