I Want to Invest Some Money But I Dont Know What to Invest In? i got this mail from a client this morning... Dear Financial Empowerment Consultant, Youve advised that we should start minding our own businesses. We should keep our daytime job, but start buying real assets thatll put money into our pockets from time to time instead of liabilities or personal effects that have no real value as soon as they get home. So, what kind of assets do you suggest that we acquire? MY REPLY... The real assets I know of and encourage my clients to buy fall into several different categories as follows: 1. Businesses that do not require your physical presence. You own them but they are managed by other people. 2. Landed properties like houses for rent, shops, parking lots, undeveloped land, uncompleted buildings etc 3. Government bonds (specially for the advanced in age). 4. Company shares or stock 5. Intellectual works and patents like music, movies, books, etc 6. Any other thing that has real financial value, produces income for you, appreciates in value as the year rolls by, and generally has a ready market waiting to buy. I encourage you to find a safe job, but while youre on that job, youre also acquiring the assets I listed above that you also love. You assets should be organized in such a way theyll be putting money in your pocket at regular intervals some of which youll still be re-investing into acquiring more and more assets till; you become rich and very RICH!
