I Wanted to take the opportunity to thank all of you for plugging in this week and hopefully learning more about we do as Coaches! I feel blessed that this business kind of fell in my lap a year and a half ago. I started as a challenger in a sad place in my life and my coach having the courage to reach out to me and send me an invite to try something that had worked for her changed my life. I went from being the biggest i had ever been (including 3 pregnancies), taking anti anxiety meds, drinking every day, with an out of control cholesterol to a whole new person! Beachbody has taught me how to eat, the importance of exercise and what surrounding yourself with POSITIVE supportive people truly feels like! Coaching has only been an extension of this and helping others and all of the thank yous i get every week because i took a chance and invited someone is amazing!!
