I Went to Boulders Climbing Gym (bouldersgym/) yesterday and had an AWESOME workout. I only regret not taking advantage of what this place had to offer sooner. If you are looking for a challenge, something different, or just a break from your "normal" workout routine this is place will push you mentally and physically. I wall climbed with a a harness (which is the safest way to start), free climbed a replica of a large boulder as well as a couple of walls, and then finished up with a free rope climb to the ceiling. The rush was great and today every muscle hurts but it was worth it. I am adding this gym and workout to my diversified list of things I need to do more of to maintain a balance of strength, core, flexibility, and mental endurance. This list includes: Hot yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Hot Barre, crossfit style circuits, and martial arts. All of the above (except martial arts), is offered thru Harbor Athletic Clubs Wellness Center (harborathletic/index.php/campus/wellness-studios)
