I Went walking with the elders quorum this morning at 6 then had breakfast my first meal out, rice, spam,hard boiled egg and a donut. Pretty darn good I might add. Before breakfast they took everyones blood sugar levels, the reason being is that the people here really have a problem with diabetes. So I had mine done as well and found out Im really good. They lived around the corner from me so I went back and got my blood pressure monitor and I took all their blood pressure readings. One sister sorry still learning names had blood pressure of 216/127. I told her she need to go see a doctor and get some medication as soon as she could. Anyway they thought it was a cool little machine I had. Then I Talked a couple of guys into helping with with painting lines on the basketball court. That took longer to find the paint and paintbrushes than it did to do the painting on the court. Plus it was one of the hottest days that weve had since weve been here and I burnt my legs around my ankles. We also did a hopscotch pattern for the kids as well. 1-3) the Elders waited for me cause I was on Marshallese time and they werent, that was new for me. 4) this is a picture of the two young elders one is Mickelson and Kendell. Mickelson is from Calgary and Kendall is from New Zealand. 5-8) these are breakfast pictures of some of the people that were there. The last one are some of the seminary students that we teach in early morning. 9-12) these are pictures of some of our handiwork around the church today. By the way there are no safety rules here as you see in the last pic.
