I absolutely hate Comcast. My cable goes out so damn much and they want to buy another large cable company to merge?? How about putting that money into making your service good! Such a monopoly its ridiculous. I was really just told sorry sir, youre the only person in your area that has called in a service interruption. All of your equipment isnt working so most likely it isnt an in house issue. We can either send out a tech to your home or you can wait for someone else to call in your area so we can dispatch technicians to work on the service interruption. Sooo they offer to send a tech to my house which is most likely not the issue, or I have to wait for someone else to report a problem so they can send a tech out to investigate? wtf. Terrible service. And the Flyers play at 3pm. Ugh.
