I absolutely hate Verizon! The ONLY reason we even have their service is because we were able to get a smidge of a better deal. It took me three calls and a hold time of over 30 minutes before I was able to even get an actual person on the phone. Of course this person had such a strong foreign accent that he was almost impossible to understand! Since Mohammad was not able to get our services up and working he put in the request to have a tech come out to troubleshoot. The tech is scheduled to come out on Tuesday afternoon. Yes I said Tuesday! Apparently Verizon could care less that we will have no TV or Internet service for the next 3 days. Lousy service like this is exactly why I had canceled our service with them in the past and exactly why Ill be doing it again! Saving a buck or two doesnt always pay off. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for and Im pain for a service. Look out Bright House here we come again!
