I absolutely hate the term SELF MADE to the point when I hear it, I want to puke! There is no such thing and there never will be. Its an illusion adding to the sickness of individualism and self dependence responsible for destroying our communities. Everyone whos ever gotten anywhere has recieved help. The term should be closer to Self Motivated. Having the knowledge to understand you were not dealt the best hand and displaying the will required to put yourself in the best position to receive assistance. Understand that the reason things have not changed in our community is because there are not enough of us in places that matter. Sadly a lot of this falls on our shoulders because somewhere along the way it became better to be independent. To travel a journey alone and prove everyone wrong. Wake up, work hard, study harder, and most importantly reach down and pull someone up! Provide the same opportunities that were provided to you! My list is about a mile long!
