I actually watched 4 hours of reality tv last night; naked & afraid. Interesting 4 hours of watching a male & female thrown into a survival scenario learn to rely on on each other to work cohesively to over come adversity in spite of such things as injuries, predators, modesty, stereo typing gender issues. I know why would I "waste" 4 hours watching the "boob" tube? Palms 91 describes the protection we have under God along with describing team effort as 1 turns away a 1000, two (the team) turn away 10,000 a hundred fold increase, when the male & female began to work together they overcame. If we would follow this simple principle: Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, For he has no one to help him up. Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; But how can one be warm alone? Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken. (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 NKJV) Speaking to me primarily if we depend on other in time of need adversity can & would be overcome more quickly and easier. Waste of time to watch tv for 4 hours naw it stirred up some fresh look on some solid biblical principles, live loved today.
