I admit ever since I came out alive having to spend my 30th birthday in the hospital for a full 2weeks really messed me up mentally.Not knowing if I was going make it out alive because of a serious virus which spreaded through my whole body messing up my digestive system. Even though I was truly thankful of surviving that ordeal , at the same time it left me #mad and #frustrated after I completed my 2nd Go round in the #Yorbestbody8weekchallenge going to the gym 4-5days and taking my nutrition supplements #CONSISTENTLY earning my beach body, I literally lost all my 8wks worth of results leaving me under weight and losing alot of muscle mass.. Ever since that happened to me I DREADED THE IDEA OF STARTING FROM SCRATCH out of FEAR OF LOSING MY RESULTS DO TO SOME VIRUS ATTRACTED because of having to live with a WEAK IMMUNE SYSTEM because of my transplant..
