I advise students the follows if there will be an initial talk between government and students: 1. If Chief Executive Mr. Leung do not resign from office, he shall promise in black and white not to seek any political related jobs concerning Hong Kong matters, including consultancy and taking part in any positions of a campaign electing the Chief Executive of HKSAR after his term of office. However, FOLK will welcome Mr. Leung to seek any political jobs on Mainland that do not involve HK matters. 2. Please prove that Policemen are not selectively executing the law. We shall be satisfied if you explain each scenario in details. Police should admit selectively execution of law or apologize if any scenarios could not be well explained. 3. Representative from both Government officials, anti-democratic parties, and business sectors should assure that they will no longer blackens the occupation movement by economic factors or traffic problem alike, if the place of occupation is reduced; or would otherwise suggest that regardless of the occupation in its area, or in its number of places, its significance remains unchanged, i.e. students shall occupy Mongkok, Central, Government Headquarter... at the same time. 4. If the Red is not going to change its stance on election, there are, at least half a million of people discontent with this election, given the significance in terms of number of people, government should set up policies to help these affected people to find a new place of shelter outside China, i.e. outside the Red. Please be noted that as described by the anti-democratic parties, the majority of hongkongers love and support the Reds proposal. Therefore, any business flows and business operations of Hong Kong shall not be seriously affected by just half a million of people moving out of Hong Kong. The new Reds system shall not be adopted until government of HK could arrange a new shelter of place for this half a million. 5. Finally, the legal responsibility of students and protesters taking part in this movement. If government says that people shall be responsible, of course, the movement will continue endlessly. I strongly believe that my advice above is pragmatic and sincere, and none of these above is against the ruling of the Red.
