I agree. I think thats what we have tried to create with our culture of every member speaking the truth in love, especially confronting sin with the Gospel. I do think that DNA leaders and MC leaders should be on a sort of a trajectory towards the 1 Tim. 3 qualifications, especially MC leaders as they shepherd. The danger, which I dont think GCM is saying, is giving elder duties to some young new convert or a more mature Spirit-led Christian who isnt growing in the God-given qualifications.
