I agree. Unless they are doing their walkabout and paying their penance and want to be homeless for a bit. It is supposed to be a free country and if that is what I guy needs to do for a little bit to be ok with himself. People should respect it. And lend a hand to get out of it when the time comes to get out of it. Once again I will reiterate this. Veterans Affairs Canada, and my worker in particular was instrumental in keeping this from being the outcome with me. It could have gone this way. Melessa went to the mat for me to make sure this was not my outcome. I am going to see her this week. I am looking forward to giving her a progress report. You cant do that with an IPhone app. Of the different things that VAC is doing, reducing offices is going in decidedly the wrong direction. People with OSI NEED well staffed offices with dedicated case managers who can interpret what we need better than we can. Not an impersonal phone system and a web site.
