I agree whole heartily! My husband and I made the decision concerning sleepovers when our kids were very young. We also dont allow their friends to sleepover in our home. No double standards to deal with. We thought we knew the family pretty well when we learned our son was molested. You think you know people. He never slept over but would go over there to play. Unfortunately, another boy in our neighborhood, who did have sleepovers with the same family suffered far worse abuse than our son. No matter the level of abuse it is devastating, we have learned this first hand.
