I agree wholeheartedly with putting into place coping strategies to avoid or minimise stress and overload but in the current environment of voluntary administration and redundancies we face even more pressure and uncertainty. I have found meditation helps tremendously and assists with putting things into perspective. But how do you recover once its happened? Do colleagues and friends understand how debilitating it can be? How do you get back from it? Would love to hear your thoughts.
