I agree with Karen Kohl but if this were me recording the video I think I would be giving the dog water and food until someone came with a ladder or would get a ladder myself and at least feet in water it instead of recording a video not to be mean or anything but if someone cared that much about how bad a dog was being treated I think that I would do something while I was recording the video and show everyone something different instead of publicity
