I agree with everything that has been said- however I think the problems dont just stem to this year- in Ross on Walford Road there has been a road restriction one lane only for over 18 months now due to a land slide- when is that going to be fixed and resolved so that the commute into Ross and connecting areas can resume normality??? If there is no hope of that being fixed in the near future what hope do we have for the ever increasing poor road conditions. The pot holes are disgraceful around Ross on Wye and like you Heather, I too own florists in Ross and Hereford. Valentines day in and around both areas was terrible- roads were impassible and our one van completely gave up and had to be recovered- yet we still plough on dont we finding ways to ensure we meet the needs and expectations of our clients, injecting money into the business to keep it operational, which is what needs to happen on our roads. If small businesses can find the capital to ensure there business can survive, continue and grow, then the government should spend money on ensuring our roads are safe. Nickie x
