I agree with most of above, including putting the dirt from the channel on the east side so the westerly wind blows the humid air against the bank and up to the atmosphere to cool down, I myself want this done I think it is worth the investment in future developments both short term and long. The problem I have who do we talk too, that can make it happen, talking on hear is not going to get it done!!! it is a good time with the mining industry slowing down, I really feel disappointed and sad the governments federal, state, and local is letting Australia, you, me, them, us down, PICK & SHOVEL ?
