I almost got a heart attack yesterday . Walked into Charlotte St Royal Castle - seldom go there cuz I have a lil concern bout dey hygiene. First thing I notice is d man from Sing Chong cashing. The line was long. When I got to d cashier - d Chinese guy said welcome to Royal Castle , may I have your order. With a genuine smile .Honest to God I took a good 30 secs or more to answer. Ah start to stumble. I say Man U throw me off they , I never experience that in no Royal Castle ( not saying it never happens, I never experience it) . He start to laugh , said like I give yuh therapy. Ah tell him ah so shock ah have to share it on Fbk , he say make sure and say Charlotte St. D people in d line prob was cussing cuz we busy chatting. Thats my fave fry chicken, not that I eat it often , in fact it was for someone . Really dont care for d other brands. Seems there is hope for customer service. .
