I *almost* never offer to give a customer a full refund. I did it today, in an effort to get rid of his nasty attitude. HE complained about our fees, our policies, our staff were ill trained, and he refused to listen. Not to mention that, the only reason that he is here is because they have friends from France visiting and (we) are the only show in town. He proceeded to say that he has been all over the country, and this is the worst. He not only didnt take the refund, he claimed that he was only going to be here for a few hours and didnt see why he had to pay full price (minus his discount) for a site that we could resell. I tried explaining that we dont rent sites by the hour, were not that kind of park (figuring that hed get the implication)...but no such luck. My feathers are not easily ruffled by campers...but this man almost got strangled. Karl said hindsight I should have pointed out that HE was the one who bought a Roadtrek. Rant over. Thanks.
