I also have received the standard reply from Adam Crozier and this is my response Thank you for your reply, however I am still not satisfied. This does not address my complaint. There are thousands of people on facebook, on the loose women page, the Loose women to apologise to Ken live on tv page and the normal facebook page, who are outraged by the way they treated Ken. No one is condoning his language or behaviour on Big Brother, they are unhappy about the way he was treated on Loose Women. He may have agreed to be a guest, but this does not give these women the right to treat him like that. I am sure if he had realised what he was in for he would have refused the invite. And you are wrong in that Ken had an opportunity to respond, the poor man probably couldnt even think straight, the way he was verbally attacked, and that is exactly what it was. I think you have misunderstood the problem. Your viewers are not happy and want an apology - to Ken Morley and also to them for making the programme such uncomfortable viewing. If these women worked in any other area they would have been suspended pending an investigation. If you read the facebook pages mentioned above you will see how many viewers have turned off Loose Women and will not be watching it again unless there is an apology. If this does not bother you then fine, but at least let your viewers know, via the Loose Women fb page, that no apology will be forthcoming. With regard to your comments regarding the reasons for deleting or hiding comments on your facebook pages, I would like to inform you that you are wrong. Comments which have not had any links attached, have not had bad language and have not been in capital letters have been removed. Some people have actually been blocked from commenting, and their comments have only been their opinion. I myself have had comments removed, no bad language, capital letters or links. This is not going to go away until the Loose Women involved have the courtesy to apologise to Ken for their disgraceful behaviour. I await your response. regards
