I always hear a lot of people say they cant train legs because of some sort of previous injury and although some may be valid, dont let excuses no matter how good them may be stop you from having a go and building your wheels. I was born with sticklegs and have built them up over the years through grueling leg sessions but also in my life I have: -Snapped my Tibia and Fibula in half playing football and been on crutches for 4 months - had Septic Arthritis and Septic Fasciaitis and had part of my left calve cut out along with 40 stitches and been on crutches for 3 months - Arthroscopic surgery on my right knee to remove cartlidge - Written off my motorbike and landed flat on my knee so I couldnt bend it properly for 4 months So next time you are thinking that you cant train your legs because you have hurt them in the past just remember anything is possible if the mind is willing!!
