I always keep the kitchen door closed and Floyd has been pretty good about nothing opening the door and helping himself to everything. Well.... I was in the middle of something and forgot to close the door, so Floyd figured it was the welcome mat. He helped himself to an entire pound of butter (real butter), ate all the muffins that were left from dinner, and I caught him as he was coming out of the kitchen with the spoon out of the sour cream! Im upset with him (and he knows it), but Im mainly upset with me because it is honestly my fault. Thankfully I had moved the pot of chilli to higher grounds so to speak. Floyd knows Momma isnt happy, he keeps coming over to me and trying to snuggle. I think he needs to sleep in the crate tonight, after eating that butter, I want him closer to the doggie door and outside. I wonder if his tummy will react or if the corn muffins with help with all the butter (they do go together). Only my Floyd!
