I always look forward to the Cross-country ski season! Since I competed at a high level myself (mostly Biathlon) I always get a great, warm, exciting and happy feeling every year it starts. And I watch almost every comp. Its 5 weeks till first comp at Geilo and I cant wait! :) Remember I participated at this event many years ago both in Biathlon and Cross-country skiing. My mindset easily sets off as an skiier if I want it to, I visualiced a lot, and I can feel myself race, I can feel the skiis under my feet and the poles in every hand, every step, every time the pole hit the ground perfectly..I was a technique junkie and every movement had a purpose.
