I always look forward to weekends. It gives me the perfect chance to be part of new & exciting activities that interest me immensely while always learning from people I both admire & have a huge amount of time for. And this Saturday being in the company of Ruth Dales in Yorkshire, will be no exception. Ill be with Ruth during one of her regular training sessions which Im told is both exhilarating & intense. Ill be documenting my time there with photographs & video footage which I aim to create into a very interesting interview style short film. Ill also be catching up with my good friend Dayo Audi over a high intensity training session in his local gym...... I always get a real positive kick seeing other creators & artists at work...Athletes are the creative artists. Their bodies are the canvas which will at some stage, house the completed, beautiful work of art that will be exhibited on stage. Each training session is like a layer painted on that canvas............. Expanding my knowledge across training, my enthusiasm for photography while sharing the experience with like minded close friends is always a thrill. Due to the fun packed Saturday, Sunday, as they say, will be my day of rest!
