I always say my daughter doesnt lie to me. She just started middle school and 11... so briefly, asked her to brush her teeth and she said she already did. Her toothbrush was bone dry. Asked her which one was hers and she brought it out, shaking it bc she just got it wrt ( could see her reflection in the window) I confronted her and she tried to keep to her story as she was caught. Its a simple thing to brush your teeth... but its another to fabricate a story to cover yourself. Am I make a mountain out if a hill? It is something small but still the fact she lied and tried to cover it up.
