I always share parts of my Good Life and once a year I get to hang out with these great gals from the MOPS Group in Amarillo. We do a couple dishes, talk about different products, and I answer any questions in regard to the dishes I show them. The group this year is amazing, with lots of new faces wanting to learn new dishes. I did a Cinnamon crusted Pork loin w/honey sriracha sauce, Chicken Artichoke and Mushrooms, and some Asian Glazed Cod with kale salad. It was great because several of these dishes are new ones I have rolled out at a couple of my clients, so they got to taste them first hand. My sous chef on my left Kristen DeBow was incredible, Blair Knollmeyer on my right had lots of good questions (great food coming your way Chris!! lol) My good friend Hoxie (Nikki Hoxie) up front is always a blast, and a one of Mrs Chef Buds besties! But the face in the back photo bombing Amanda Long, made the pork tenderloin for her family tonight and they loved it! So somewhere tonight a family got around the table and enjoyed a meal, and that my friends is what it is REALLY all about! The power of a meal!
