I always tend to have lots of things processing in my mind. Thinking of big things, small things and in between things. Being a Great Daddy is my hearts desire and someday becoming a Great Husband is part of my Love Journey. 2 things I passionately dwell on. Ill be very transparent and tell you my greatest fear is Failure. I am completely imperfect and permanently flawed. Tonight, Dailyn, the most precious young lady in the world hands me a note that expresses the Love she has for her daddy. Its such a simple yet complex letter. Its written by hand, well thought out and purely spontaneous. Included is a list of all the things she is thankful for. She signs it Princess Dailyn. That may just seem to most like a sweet gesture but to me it equals Success. She sees her value, self worth; her capacity to love and receive love. Shes knows that I have set a high standard for her; she sees me living that standard and walking the talk. She accepts that high standard and is learning to walk it more with every passing day. Most of all she sees that she can trust and rely on a man. A man that will never leave or forsake her. As we were eating lunch she looks at me and says daddy I dont know what my husband will look like when I grow up but I know who he will be like. As you can imagine I was speechless. I can only imagine how our World would look if we had a society of women that grew up with this self image. I know how my world looks today, it say Success....
