I always thought that insurance companies was greedy NOW I know they are . Had Progressive insurance on truck last yr ,well they sent a renewal notice out but thet went up to like $7100. a WHOPPING $1600.increase . Called Progressive and asked them why so high of increase They could not tell me Told them point blank I would not be renewing at that rate . So I call my agent told them the same thing anyway we went with another insurance company . We tonight was looking at bank site I see this $717.48 payment to Progressive What gives ? called them and they said since our account was on auto pay it just processed payment . Asked them when I could expect my money to be put back in my account . GET THIS 15 DAYS before i get my money back . Progressive u stink and are a POS . I will not ever be doing business with you EVERY AGAIN .
