I always wondered why Patrick Stewart was so big on Domestic Violence. Read a great article about him in AARP. His dad came back from the war with PTSD and hit his mom. She would never lead him, so Patrick witnessed it. He was smart enough to know that he needed to break the chain and not be violent. He worked long and hard to make sure he wasnt his dad. He also tries to help PTSD awareness as well. Here is a man who changed his life to make it better and continues to help others. He was smart enough to see hitting women was WRONG and horrible and that having your children witness it, is worse. I knew I respected this man.
