I am 73 years old and need help! I was previously a Caretaker for 13 years when a patient of mine for 5 years passed away in January of this year after an untimely and unfortunate death. Since the incident illness has taken a great toll on my heath as well and in April I had pneumonia, kidney disease and surgery after suffering a heart attack and am now unable to walk unassisted and I am now in jail in a wheel chair and on oxygen. While recovering in the hospital the Clayton County Police Department came to the hospital serving me a warrant charging me with allegedly murdering my patient, arrested me during my recovery and took me out of the hospital to the Clayton County Jail. I was shocked! Currently, I am receiving inadequate medical treatment to sustain my health resulting in my health further deteriorating by receiving substandard daily nutrition and medication, and I have not been indicted for the crime which I allegedly committed. The judge set my bond for $100,000 and I do not have the funds to pay even 10% for a bond. Ultimately, I am trying to raise money to get out on bond, pay for legal representation and prevent my home from foreclosing resulting in all of my personal belongings being put on the street. I am making this appeal to all who feel that one should not be punished before being found guilty by fair and impartial jurors of their peers and asking for monetary donations for my bond and legal defense which would be highly appreciated. I am innocent and strongly believe the truth will set me free.
