I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. According to the Gazette, Kanawha County prosecutors gave Lightner a choice: resign or be charged with destruction of property, sources said. He has agreed to resign. he should have been fired for abuse of authority AND charged with felony destruction like a citizen would have been. I PRAY that someone is able to recover his wifes pictures off that hard drive. We DO have the technology to do this & hopefully it shall be done ASAP. The poor soul has gone thru more than his share of troubles & needs a break. I will be keeping him in my Prayers.
