I am Breaking My Own Rule about ranting, But it took me being Physically Pushed and threatened on my own front porch to post this here, I am pinning it for about 24 hours to see if anyone out here can help, Since HAMSTAT wont PLEASE READ ! I Have just Been Physically Assaulted on My Own front porch, From a crazed Business owner, Whom after a year of me doing things By the Book The Way Hamilton Township and HAMSTAT told me to. Amounted to me being told have I no recourse that someone who does not own, but rents a property (Several small Garages) Directly across from my Front Door) and Is using them as a daily warehouse/ Showroom for his furniture business on the other side of the block. An hour Ago as he was getting a mattress delivery I took a picture as i was told to do By Hamstats (From My Own Front Porch, I have never approached the business owner, or even really knew what he looked like. He came storming across the Street and started screaming at me and My 77 Year old Cancer patient Mother..telling us he can run his business, and to leave him alone and we will be sorry for Fing with Him, I then with Camera in hand went to snap his picture and he pushed me and poked me in the chest. then I threaten ten him as I was dialing the police the Police say I can press charges on the spot and to file a civil complaint tomorrow..hamstat cant give me a clear answer? Any Suggestions…PS Now My Mom is scared after seeing this Guy Rage that he will try something against our House or cars..and wont leave the house…..the Man rents and is a constant nuisance to our peace and quiet 6 days a week, He has no permit to be using those garages as a business…and Yet the Township says they can do nothing..we Ow,(for 30 years now) pay our taxes..he is a renter without a permit…???? I f anyone knows someone with any common sense who can help please message me privately..Gino
