I am Christian, and I believe in forgiveness; however, I am - TopicsExpress

I am Christian, and I believe in forgiveness; however, I am disappointed by the verdict for George Zimmerman. It is a victory for vigilantism and militia-ism if there is such aword. Today as I was copying documents at the library, I saw a man I knew was there to identify me to the stalkers. I live in a constant state of fear knowing if I go back to court or mention the case of Adrian Marcell Nance, there is a good chance I will be killed. Not only are there vigilantes that operate on their own, but there are vigilantes that appear to operate under the auspices of the FBI and other law enforcement agencies. In other words, law enforcement does not believe in our court system. We must not take the law into our own hands because there are people waiting for us. For thirty years there have been attempts to start a race war. If such a thing happens, no one wins. When I was a Bahai there was a prophesy that the streets of America would run with blood if the race problem is not fixed. It will not be fixed through legislation or violence. It can only be fixed by people changing their hearts. If anyone has the right to hate, it is me, but I will not allow these monsters who stalk me and strip me of my rights as a citizen to reduce me to hatred. I will trust my God. I fell tonight as I imagine White people felt when OJ Simpson was acquitted. Moreover, as someone who has been stalked for a decade by organized groups of vigilantes which include whole families, like the ones you see in the old photos lynchings, I know the fear that Trayvon Martin felt that night. I am fortunate that I have not yet had to fight for my life, but I know there will be a time when I will be alone and they may kill me for the stand I take. Already I have been run down by car in what was certainly a vehicular assault that I believe was ordered by the FBI. The book Body Count that you can find in the library BUT I HOPE YOU WILL NOT pay for leaves the door open for people like George Zimmerman by claiming that murder by young Blacks has gone up 300%. However, when they compare the murder of Blacks with those of white they do not talk about the killings of Blacks in medical facilities under the guise of non consensual medical experimentations or accidents. All we can do is hold our children close , try to keep them in churches or religious groups that protect them. White people especially the descendent of slave masters who have given their OK to systematically killing Blacks who descended from American slaves should talk to their God and see if this is showing repentance for their sins of their fathers.
