I am Clayton Morris, head coach of the National Futsal Team. I was the captain of the National Football Team from 1987 – 1992. Most remember me as the captain of the Strike Squad. I have also served as an Assistant Coach to the National Senior Team and Head Coach of the National Under 20 Football Team. Working at Petrotrin has strengthened my interest in community development. As a coach and a mentor, I too have a special interest in the positive development of the nation’s youth. For more than 20 years, I have been involved in outreach projects supporting the Rehabilitative Justice System. My employer, Petrotrin, has afforded me the privilege to contribute to the holistic growth of the people of Trinidad and Tobago. For me, the benefits of such a job are tremendous as it provides me with the real opportunity to help shape a brighter future. Socially, I am an avid pan player and a member of the Petrotrin sponsored steel band side, Phase II Pan Groove. Sports, Philanthropy, Education, Culture. These are my interests.
