I am I am in control of my destiny I control my path and I make my own way I am not bound by tyranny I am not obligated to follow others or do as they say I control the words that I speak I control how my mind perceives each act I have strength when others are weak I am able to separate fiction from fact I am a champion in all that I do I will excel when others say I cant I do not need the approval of you I have sympathy for your tireless rants I choose to be happy and celebrate life I live my life in the moment and seek to serve well I love my kids and honor my wife I stop to enjoy the flowers and enjoy their smell I am a father, a husband and a son I am a teacher and lover of art I am aware that my God is the only one I invest in our youth and love with my heart When my time is over and my days are through I will rest my soul in peace I will know I did what I could do I will be without regret and honor the least. I am a Son of the Most High. I AM.
