I am NEVER going to Russia!! In Russia, you must have a dash camera to have insurance because of the number of accidents and the corruption in their ‘system’. The dash camera becomes your eye witness to the event. As I explained to the friend who sent me this . . . it isn’t all that different from driving where I live in “Carjackistan” . . . aka Memphis. Once you understand the rules, this all falls into place . . . Rule one, Stop lights and stop signs are advisory only; Rule two, your lane is between your headlights; Rule three, driving twenty mph below the posted limit in the left lane is encouraged; Rule four, the use of turn signals is prohibited and Rule five . . . if you make eye contact with another driver, you yield the right-of-way.
