I am OBSESSED with learning about other successful people and trying to apply it to my own business and really just in general MY LIFE. I am pretty sure I will be pulling one of my all nighters tonight after getting to hear Carl Daikeler speak on our team call just now. He shared so many little nuggets and all while being SUPER down to earth and HIMSELF! Those are the people I learn best from are the people who arent scripted and just are the real deal. They dont have to be scripted because they lead by example doing the things they preach everyday so they can just SHARE from the heart. Carl did just that for us tonight. My biggest take aways were very simple and basic that EVERYONE can apply to their life and #1 LEAD BY EXAMPLE #2 Make sacrifices #3 Give Credit! Other than that I got to hear how flipping PASSIONATE he is about this mission we have to end the trend of obesity. Literally this guy cares SOOOO much that I cant even put it all into words. I joined this mission 5 years ago and I joined not even KNOWING it was a network marketing company... I joined because of the people were positive & passionate, the products were amazing and WORKED, and because of the mission to help others achieve their goals and live healthy and fulfilling lives. Because I have continued to lead my team with PURPOSE and with a mission of SERVING I believe that is why Team Go Getters has so much success. I really dont think we would be successful if we lead with the mission to earn $$ because if that was the case most people would quit within the first month (and those who are wanting to see $$ and dont really care about helping others usually do quit right away).
