I am REPOSTING the following because new people are being added to Team Fit for Life, my Beachbody fitness network, each day: Just so you know, this is my Facebook account devoted entirely to one of my passions: helping people to become physically and mentally fit through proper nutrition and exercise. As some of you know, this passion was born out of my own personal failure and strong desire to help those struggling with an issue that I struggled with for years. Although I NEVER intended to be a coach because I have a full-time and demanding job as an attorney and other responsibilities, before I became a Beachbody coach, I was coaching for about 7 or 8 months on my own anyway because coaching is just a natural part of who I am. Also, based on my knowledge and results, my own coach encouraged me to do so because he thought that I would make an excellent coach. If you know anyone who can benefit from my free coaching, please invite him or her to join me here. Just to be perfectly clear, there is no requirement for anyone to purchase any Beachbody products from me to receive my help. If someone wants those products, however, then all I ask is for that person to purchase the products through my secure and official Beachbody website, so I can receive a small commission on his or her purchase(s).
