I am Rohan Srinivas from India. I am 21 Years Old and i tore my ACL & my lateral Meniscus while playing basketball 3 years ago, Since it was a partial tear i didnt realise then but last year the knee got locked and hence finally got my MRI done. Finally got the time to get my ACL Reconstruction with Hamstring Graft which was fixed using Endobutton Technique. Swelling was minimal post op which enabled me to start walking with walker within 24 hours of the op. Since mine was lateral meniscus bucket handle repair, i was under weight bearing restriction till day 10 and hence started PT from Day 11 Painkillers was there till day 10 and this is a jist of my acl rehab till day 40 :)
