I am SO thrilled to be running this group with Emily. I vow to lead you from experience and to help you achieve your goals. This group is FOR YOU.....not for Emily and I. I recently had a coach tell me that everything I was doing was for me. That my desire to continue to grow in my business was selfish ion the way in which I was motivating and sometimes pushing people to breakthrough barriers. I was very saddened by this as I know this person had a lot of growing to do to understand what it means to TO DO EVERYTHING IT TAKES to create your own success and in doing that you must help people and often times helping people comes in the form of PUSHING THEM OUT OF THEIR COMFORT ZONE in addition to inspiring and teaching. Through this journey you will feel; inspired, motivated, tested, pushed, frustrated (with yourself and desire to want it now), filled with ideas and will start to see and feel even more of the REASON WHY you are doing this. It is very easy to judge Leadership and what we think it is. But until you actually lead people and gain a fuller understanding of people and what drives and pushed people to break through themselves, this is when the scales start to tip and you step into leadership and into a higher understanding of you and into truly attracting people like you into your business. See, when we start out in home business - -its for us.....of ourselves. There is a personal gain right up front that we are fully aware of. When we discover our WHY and lead with believing in our WHY and therefore taking action on it, it attracts people into our why, into our belief for why and what we are doing and they hop on the YOU train because they TOO believe. When you hit specific levels within home business, you are exposed to things you never knew came with the territory - you have a greater resect for those that have achieved it and a greater purpose for WHY you are doing that you are doing. You simply become unstoppable and NOTHING can sway your belief.
