I am SUPER excited to announce my next Free Challenge Group: “Fit and Healthy Summer Challenge” It will start July 26th and run for 4 weeks!!! My Challenge Groups are open to anyone willing to make a commitment to their health and fitness. My only requirements are that you make your best effort to exercise 5 days a week for 30 minutes a day AND that you begin to make steady changes (or maintain your already healthy nutrition) to your nutrition that will lead you down a path to a healthier lifestyle. Ofcourse, I encourage everyone to utilize the ease, simplicity, and full fitness/nutrition combo that comes with a Beachbody program and Shakeology (many challengers are using T25, the 21 Day Fix, PiYo, etc.), but it is not a requirement. I think that many people have misconceptions of what these challenge groups are all about. If you have any questions, please ask...don’t let assumptions keep you away from such a life changing experience. Here is what some of my previous challengers have had to say of the process: “Dont think I could have pulled myself out of my gloom without this program (T25) and especially without Laura.
