I am a Dembare fan to the bone,i bleed blue and i reside in Bulawayo.On Saturday i made the long trip to Harare to watch the Battle of Zimbabwe.I was happy by my teams performance,the humbling and humiliation of Bosso. I felt shortchanged though after spending money traveling with the way Bosso capitulated under pressure,i expected better play,i expected better opposition,i expected better resilience but alas for us it was a stroll in the park. Its also a pain seeing Bosso in such a decline,i no longer enjoy watching the Bosso-Dembare game because it has become too predictable. These are the reasons why Bosso will never win against Dembare or win anything meaningful this season. 1.The death of junior policy at Bosso,the team used to have a vibrant junior policy which was second to none.Ali Baba Dube was the best junior coach in Zimbabwe having produced countless stars in Bulawayo.Your executive decided to fire Ali and with him went the junior policy.The team over relies with mercenaries who do not have a heart and spirit of Bosso. 2.KK and Mathe issue....well i watched the Buffaloes game and it was clear that these 2 have a friction with Mathe barking his own instructions and KK barking his own.Word on the street says Mathe is sabotaging KK in order to assume the head coachship.Why was Beke fired and did Kaindu have a say in the appointment of his assistants?It is such friction that causes pathetic showing by Bosso players. 3.lack of roots and tradition.....believe it or not in the past Bosso had so many players born and bred in Makokoba and Mzilikazi and the team good success.You cant separate Bosso with that tradition.The same u cant separate Dynamos and Mbare. Anyway ndezveikoko.....
